Who is eligible to receive help from the JRCC Furniture Depot?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The JRCC Furniture Depot services clients within the GTA.\u00a0You are eligible if you meet one or more of the following criteria: low or moderate income<\/a>, senior, currently or recently unemployed, immigrant, victim of a robbery, flood or fire, divorce, death of a family member.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How can I make an appointment to select furniture? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Only case workers working with one of the JRCC Furniture Depot\u2019s partner agencies can make appointments. All clients must be referred by one of our partner agencies. If you have a case worker from one of these agencies, ask if you are eligible to be referred to the JRCC Furniture Depot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How many pieces of furniture will I receive?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each eligible household may receive up to 15 pieces of furniture. Each case is evaluated individually and those with larger families will be accommodated accordingly.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How many times may I visit the JRCC Furniture Depot to select furniture?<\/strong><\/p>\n

You may visit the JRCC Furniture Depot once a year. During your initial furniture viewing you will have 60\u00a0minutes to select furniture items.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Do you provide delivery?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Delivery is available at cost\u00a0and is determined by the number of pieces selected and driving distance.<\/p>\n

What is your cancellation policy?<\/strong><\/p>\n

When we book a delivery for you, we reserve the truck and the team for that date in order to serve you. All deliveries are final. we will not allow any changes or refunds after the delivery was booked.
